These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Clipzen (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Clipzen provides AI tools to turn long-form video into short clips, captions, reframes, transcripts and related outputs. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your content & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights to the videos, audio and other material you submit, and that processing it through Clipzen does not infringe anyone's rights. You are solely responsible for the content you publish to third-party platforms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process or distribute unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive content, to violate platform policies, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Clipzen and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing.

6. Third-party platforms

When you connect social accounts for publishing, your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of third-party services.

7. Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans and pay-as-you-go credits are billed as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing results before publishing. We do not guarantee specific results, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipzen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
